Barbara's Workshops
Barbara Phillips will be presenting workshops on New Minor Forcing & 4th Suit Forcing in June, Bergen Raises in August and Secrets of a Successful Defence in October.

Opportunities For New Players
Mondays: Free lessons are given by Barbara Phillips at 11:00 am followed by a 0 - 49 game at Noon.
Wednesdays: 0-199 game at Noon, followed by hand review with Barbara Phillips
Fridays: Free lessons given by Norm Gautier at 9:00 am followed by 0-299 game at 10:00 am.
Youth Incentive Program
The Board of Directors of Bridge Club of Houston is proud to announce this new program. All youth age 17 and under will play for $4.00 per game. We hope this program will encourage young people to take up the wonderful game of bridge.

Open Games: Monday at Noon, Tuesday at 10:00 am, Wednesday at Noon, Thursday at 10:00 am and 7 pm, Friday at 10:00 am, and Saturday at 1 pm
"No Partner! No Problem!" Monday at Noon, Thursday 10:00 am session, Thursday 7:00 pm session, Friday 10:00 am 299'er session and Saturday 1:00 pm session. If you would like to play in any of these games and need a partner, show up 15 minutes before game time and the club will have a partner to play with you.
A Swiss team game is held once a month on a Sunday afternoon. Click on the link to Game Calendar.
Special games and tournaments (both open and limited) crop up frequently, sometimes preempting regular games and at other times increasing the game schedule. Click on the link to the game calendar.
The club has several games for newer players. The games are commonly characterized by master point maximums and cost $7. The partnership desk is always an option, but for some games special contact persons are suggested below.
Mondays 11:00 am
Mondays at 11am Players with 0-49 masterpoints come for FREE lessons prior to the Noon game. You don't need a partner. For more information contact Barbara Phillips @ 281-367-1383.
Wednesdays Noon
If you are between 0-199 masterpoints come join us. It begins at Noon and you do not need a partner.
Immediately following the Wednesday game, Barbara Phillips will be reviewing and answering questions about the bridge hands!
Thursdays 10:00 am
A Thursday 299'r game begins at 10:00 am and is directed by Mary Anne Woessner.
Fridays 9:00 to 9:50 am Free Lessons
Free lessons by Norm Gautier (281-795-6665) are available for those interested in learning about duplicate bridge.
Friday 10:00 am 299er Game
For players with less than 300 master points. The game is directed by Diane Kern. You don't need a partner.
3rd Mondays 7:00 pm, Mentor Game
